Very friendly employees and a clean room. The hotel is located at less than a 5-minute walk from the Azul and Amarela lines. Walking distance from the Bairro Alto.

The hotel's location, just 15 minutes from downtown, is convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness, and the spacious and comfortable shower added to the positive experience. The price and quality balance was perfect, and the room service exceeded expectations..

Perfect location. The breakfast was very good (many options you can chose from just like eggs, hams, local one cake, jams, butter, jogurts, honey, good quality of bread, corn flakes etc. and orange juice and tea and coffee). The staffs are very kind and firendly. They are not forget to smile at us. After check out I could leave my luggages at the Hotel reception for long hours in safety. Thank you so much! The room was very clean and comfy. If you find a good Hotel in a good location this is highly recommended! ~ Obrigado ~

Location is good, 20 min walking or 2 metro stations to the Baixa, where everything is very close. Nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and bathroom was ok.

My husband, son, and I really liked this hotel. I was there for a conference at the University and the transportation on the same subway line was very convenient for me and the subway was really helpful for my son and husband to use as tourists while I was at my conference. The hotel was reasonably priced, a five minute walk to the subway, a 15 minute walk through a nice park to get to a mall that had endless shopping choices and wonderful restaurants on the rooftop that were outside so very cool it’s safe. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast too as it had many choices: croissants with jams and Nutella, some form of eggs each morning (hard boiled or scrambled) cheese and ham with rolls, juice, coffee and tea, yogurt, cereal, and probably some other things that I’ve forgotten. It was a nice buffet every morning. We were very cautious about Covid and we ate our breakfast in room next to the buffet room where there were no other people so we could safely take off our masks. Our hotel room was everything we needed including a large wall of windows overlooking the city and a good size bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The staff was very kind to bring a refrigerator to put in our room for an 8 euro fee which was worth it so we could have cold drinks and keep our leftovers from the area restaurants. We ate at quite a few of the restaurants that are walking distance to the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we thank the staff for being so helpful, always greeting us with a smile, and providing excellent professionalism.
